Developed for larger groups who want to maximise their development time, our “mini bites” focus on one area of development rather than combining subjects – the content is streamlined with less emphasis on discussion and breakout rooms.

Thought-provoking, fast-paced, motivational, fun, and interactive, our Mini Bites aim to “refresh” skills and behaviours, whilst providing quick tips and time savers.

Each 60-minute virtual session is delivered via Zoom or MS Teams with a maximum
of 25 delegates per session.

A mini bite size session which aims to help individual manage the expectations of others in a positive and effective way.
