When we deliver courses using PRISM the impact we see is huge and long lasting – not only to the individual but to whole departments, leadership teams and organisations.
Raising the level of self-awareness within your organisation leads to better management, team work and communication and can help your organisation to the next level of development.
PRISM provides three distinct ‘maps’ exploring how you naturally prefer to behave; the extent to which you feel it necessary to adapt that behaviour on occasions to achieve key objectives, and the overall pattern of behaviour you tend to use for most of the time.
As a result of some of our findings, teams have identified key areas for growth, restructured responsibilities and resources, and have found more efficient ways to manage their working relationships.
