Managing Others – Getting Started

What every manager should know
This one day workshop will provide new team leaders and/or managers with an introduction to basic management skills.

The session will start by providing delegates with an introduction to behavioural and work preferences demonstrating how the key to successful management is understanding who you are managing and where you may need to adapt your preferred style. This will be followed with practical approaches to assist you in motivating your team members, providing constructive feedback, dealing with difficult situations and delegating effectively.

The session will conclude with a practical problem solving question and answer session.
