Knowing Me, Knowing You

Building successful working relationships
Are there certain individuals you find really challenging to work with, people you avoid or working relationships that just don’t appear to work?

During this session delegates will gain an understanding of work and behavioural styles, why other people do things differently – their approach to task, situation or people – and how to flex their style at key times to influence successful working situations and relationships.

A trainer led workshop combining theory with practical and relevant activities. This highly interactive session blends discussion with the application of skills.
