Keep Calm and Carry on

Managing Stress in yourself and others
Stress and stress related issues are estimated to cost the UK economy in excess of 12.5 million working days. This is often particularly apparent amongst those whose role has changed or whose workload has increased.

During this session, delegates will examine the causes of stress and its impact on individual and team productivity. They will analyse their individual stress levels and learn how to handle stress effectively in order to improve and maximise their performance, motivation and health.

A trainer led workshop combining theory with practical and relevant activities. This highly interactive session blends discussion with the application of skills.
