Course Profile

This one-day course aims to fully prepare trainers to enable them to provide their customers and candidates with the information, training and coaching required to study and pass a Microsoft Office Specialist exam.

Trainers will learn how to implement a Microsoft Office Specialist training programme and feel confident in gaining the maximum pass rates with their candidates

Course Pre-requisites

To gain maximum benefit from this course delegates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a minimum one years’ training experience. Accreditation in a MOS exam would be beneficial but is not essential.
